SHIPPING POLICY

Pre-order terms & conditions:

Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order if you'd like to purchase this item.

Please kindly note, Pre-orders cannot be canceled/refunded once placed. However, if you wish to change your item to another garment which is in stock/arriving sooner, you may do so. Alternatively, a store credit will be issued for 1-year use on the online store.

The benefit of purchasing Pre-order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online. In most cases, we will manufacture by order and won't have extra units for size change or even if someone wishes to order after the sale closes.

Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur, mainly due to fabric sourcing & shipment held by customs. 

Jinga isn't liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to Pre-order an item. So please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations. We will, however, update you after Pre-order when your items are available for shipping.

You will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre-order. Your order will only be shipped upon arrival of the ordered Pre-Order item/s, usually as per the date suggested on the product page at the time of order placement.

Jinga saves the right to cancel all pre-orders purchases in case of not reaching the minimum quantity that the manufacturer demands. cancellation of the Pre-order may be permitted and a refund/store credit will be issued as per our online store policies.

 **Important Disclosure: Re-cuts may differ in color to the original cut as displayed on the website. This is due to fabric sourcing where an entirely new batch of fabric has been used. Even though the color of the fabric sourced is as close as possible to the original color shown, we will not be held liable for any minor variations.

 Shipment processing time

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Jinga online shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Our warehouse is located in Israel and the shipments are sent from there.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

If you can't find your country in our shipping zones please contact us and we'll try to assist. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Jinga  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). In addition, if you wish to exchange/ return an item, Jinga will not pay any fee for the shipment/customs/shipping company (or any cost) to release/receive the package from the customer. 

 

Damages

Jinga is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. In addition, you should contact us as well.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason, you wish to replace or return an item/s you should do the following:

1. Send an Email to office@jingaclothing.com

In this Email, please write the following-

  • Your full name + order's number

  • The item you want to replace/return (and the reason why)

  • The item/new size that you want or receiving store credit/refund

2. Ship your item to this address:

*You can use any company you wish for returning the items. We strongly recommend using a service that offers a tracking number for your package.

3. Once you ship the item, please write a second email to the same email address (office@jingaclothing.com) with the shipment details (shipping company + tracking number).

Please notice:

  • We only replace/ refund items that are in perfect condition: the item hasn't been used, must be in the original package, with the price tag on, and with no damages.   

  • If you wish to exchange/ return an item, Jinga will not pay any fee for the shipment/customs/shipping company (or any cost) to release/receive the package from the customer.  

  • The first exchange shipping cost back to the buyer will be carried by Jinga. If for some reason you wish to make a second replacement you will be charged for the shipping costs.                                                                    

  • Item can be replaced/returner within 30 days from the purchase date.          

Return Policy:

If you wish to return an item you have few options:

  1. Choose something else from our shop, for the same value.  

  2. Credit on our website for future purchase.

  3. Refund on PayPal/credit card

Please notice:

When returning an item and canceling the deal you will be charged for the credit card company cancelation fee/ PayPal fee + the cost of the delivery.

*Jinga holds the right to cancel any order for any reason. In that case a full refund will be granted and the client won't be charged for the cancellation fees.
